Evolution of a Bullet

This items was submitted a while ago, but there was no place to place it. I believe it provides good insight in the creation of a bullet from beginning to end.  As time permits, there ought to be additional evolutions like this for various EPRs/OPRs/Awards and BTZ packages.  -- Dom
